Delivery

Dried Flowers and bespoke items will be ready for despatch within 7-10 days, stock items will be shipped with 48 hours of ordering. You will receive email confirmation that your item has shipped, along with your tracking information. If you require your purchase sooner than mentioned, please do get in touch before ordering, and we will do our very best to accommodate your request.

Christmas Deliveries

EX35 and surrounding areas.

Delivery charges:

  • Hand delivered for £3.50 to the post codes listed above. Last orders for hand delivery Monday 19th December for delivery by Wednesday 21st December.

  • Posted nationwide via DPD - £4.95 - Last orders Monday 12th December for Christmas delivery.

  • Click and Collect from BA2 by prior arrangement only. - Free. Please get in touch to arrange this before purchasing.

Returns

Your custom is really important to us, and we will work hard to ensure you are delighted with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not, do get in touch with us at hello@earthstudiogarden.co.uk and we will try our hardest to investigate and rectify the situation.

However, please note that bespoke, custom made items are NOT returnable or refundable. Please make sure you are happy with the item you are going to purchase before placing your order. Please feel free to reach out to us at hello@earthstudiogarden.co.uk if you have any concerns about your purchase after accepting delivery.

Faulty and Damaged Items

We take great care in creating and handling your item/s through every step of the process, and we carefully pack your item and photograph before sending it off to you. Please check your purchase as soon as you receive it.

If you feel there is a fault or defect, please get in touch at hello@earthstudiogarden.co.uk, with photographs and an explanation of what has gone wrong so we can work on fixing it for you. We can only investigate these issues if brought to our attention immediately upon receiving your items.
